Merry Christmas

I hope everyone had a good Christmas. I enjoyed seeing my family and friends, it flew by as ever, but really crammed as much as I could in. Got a fantastic camera as well, just need to learn how to use it!

I'm back in Peterborough, work tomorrow, and I pick up my keys for my new pad! Oh my word, really excited. Getting abit worried about leaving Canterbury as well, know it'll be a huge wrench, but I'll be fine, having my dogs back and my new massive garden will make up for it.

Did everyone have a good do? Did Santa bring lots of goodies?

Well, I'm going to have a ridiculously early night! Hooray. The next few weeks are going to be rather mad I imagine, so I'll try and build up some much needed energy.

Xxx

Hi Leonie

Pleased to hear you had a good Christmas, missed you on C&C though.

Sure you'll be fine once you get moved into your new pad, be much better for both you and the dogs being closer to work.

Will wish you a Happy New Year now in caze I'm not back on here before then and look forward to seeing you on C&C again. I missed out on a couple of things I wanted to order as I was watching what I had recorded - sold out I'm afraid! Boo hoo!

Leone, please help. I have watched you on TV for a few years, and you present as a genuinely nice person and one that takes pride in her job and whom she works for. I have a problem - I have just sent this email to your company.
Further to my ongoing correspondence, it is now quite a few days since I was promised a phone call back within 24 hours. No surprise there, then. No reply to my e-mails either, except for the automatic holding one. What can I do to use my membership before the year expires? I think you sell these things under false pretences: what's the point of buying membership if the website denies that you are a member and the company will not respond, even after several months of complaining! Have you no ethics?

Can you feel the frustration? Would you please look into this as I am at a loss and feel hugely let down by C&C.
Many thanks
Cathy

I think it is in appropriate for you to use Leonie's blog as a sounding board against Create and Craft. Leonie is a presenter for them and her blog isn't anything to do with the craft club.
