That's all I've got to say today really. Been in a card shop. Bluuch. My own fault, I know, should be organised and have everything organised by now and hand made - but needed to get last min special cards, never again. I'm sure there were more boyfriend, fiance and other stomach churning slop than ever!
haha, sorry, it's lovely really - but bluuuuch. Came back to my little room and went to bed to sulk! Up again now, will have a nice long bath and shove more sculpting cream on. Just wait - I've hair dye somewhere that I've never got round to using - that's next on the list. MMmmmm, be a giggle for New Year.
I always thought green was my colour.......xx

Ho[e U are fine and dandy, Mmm Green Hair. Scary! Hxox
Green?!! LOL!
I enjoyed watching you today - especially those crafty bargains, they really were bargains! I got my £2.99 (less with club price!) goody bag delivered today. I got 3 embossing powers. 2 pots of glitter, a pack of 10 cards, a pack of 5 embossed cards, 5 lazer cut cards + foam sheets, tissue paper, felt sheets and a pair of scissors. Better than the one you showed on telly I thought. Wish I'd ordered some more.
I will need an extension if you keep showing me these lovely things! Also thought Sheena's show was great.
Funny how the stomach churning stuff jumps out at you at the wrong time!
You could go for alcohol inked stripes, a whole new fashion x

Never mind the green Leonie. I dyed my hair once and it turned out bright orange!!! How about a few coloured ribbons instead?

"Green" on air just won't be pretty! LOL Still you could start a new trend!
Hope 2010 brings better times for you. Although it sounds hard - maybe this time of year is the worst to split because we're all geared up for spending time with family and friends - but think of all those New Year resolutions you can make now! XXX
Hugs for you. What a rubbish thing to happen. Hope 2010 is a much better year for you.
now I need to see this, green hair (winks). You know now we will all expect to see this next time you are on C&C, the challenge has been set!
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope 2010 will bring you everything you want. Thanks for all of the laughs and inspiration. xxx
You are doing well Leonie - don't knock yourself please! As for the CS word - they (like instant custard mix and frozen ice cubes) are there for the emergencies in life! And you are currently having one - and surviving!
Repeat after all of us: "I am worth more than I've had and I WILL find it, am doing so".
Enjoy this season in the best way you possibly can - even if it is only finding the right hair colour in the Jan sales.
HI
Hi, I think pink streaks might be better!

Just caught up on your blog - sorry to hear your sad news. It can seem that when things are going right in one part of your life the other parts can't keep up. Enjoy some ME time while you can! Love you on C&C never watched much before.

Hi Leonie, just caught up with your blog, and read your sad news. I know its easy for us to say you'll get thro it, but I promise it IS true, you will. The same thing happened to me 10 years ago, and right now, I'm living my life my way and loving it all, especially since i re-married to a wonderful man.
On a lighter note, I now watch C & C much more than I did since catchiing you on it when I was flicking thro the channels a couple of months ago. Saw you with Jo this morning,.....hilarious!!! Keep that sense of humour love, and it will get you thro anything.
Keep safe, take care and most of all take care of YOU. 2010 will be a much better year for you.
Lots of love, Gini.x
Hi Leonie
Watched you and Nancy on C&C this morning wearing your silly hats - you were both so funny. Nancy has a very infectious laugh! I was so pleased to see you enjoying yourself.
Just thought I'd pop by and wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and tell you about the time I got dumped just before Christmas. It was Christmas 1972, I was almost 18, I'd only ever had one previous boyfriend and that was when I was 11 but I dumped him because we never saw each other after going to separate schools after passing our 11+ exams and I fancied someone new at my new school - don't really count it as a proper relationship. Anyway my next boyfriend, when I was 17, we met in the August. Everything was fine, I was working in an office job, he was at college training to be a chef. We'd bought each other's Christmas pressies, I went to his home and he gave me my present and announced he wouldn't be at home for Christmas as he was going away to North Berwick to work in an hotel over the Christmas period. As I wasn't aware of that I hadn't taken his present with me when I visited him. A couple of days before Christmas a letter arrived for me and it was from him. Basically it was to tell me I was dumped! I can't remember the reason now, it's too long ago. Then he had the cheek to ask if he could still have his Christmas present off me. When I read the letter I cried for all of a couple of minutes!!! Then I crumpled up his letter and threw it on the fire, dried my eyes and said no way is he having his present. That's a girl eh! After the Christmas and New Year holiday I returned to work and was telling a colleague that I was stuck with a John Lennon LP I didn't want (I told you it was 1972 - LPs were still around then), my colleague said he would buy it off me. Sounded like a good idea to me, so ex missed out on his Christmas present - foolish boy should have waited until after Christmas to dump me - and I got my money back on the present I'd bought him - clever or what?
Hey, when you're only nearly 18 you bounce back quickly - as my Mam used to say - plenty more fish in the sea!!!
Hope this gives you a laugh. I was relating this story to my son today because the John Lennon song Happy Xmas, War is over, came on TV today, and I'm sure that was on the LP I had bought for the boyfriend. Funny how things come back to you.
Happy Christmas Hugs Tx
